I usually refrain myself from writing Industrial reviews but, since there were too many positive reviews here I had to see what’s it all about. I called the company’s listed number and was politely shunned down by the gentleman who answered, being Friday (weekly off as clarified later) and I thought that’s about it, I will give it a review based on this experience. The next day I got a call from the same number referring the call made by me previous day and I was surprised to learn the Director making that call and explaining the day off situation. We had a little discussion regarding my requirement and during this conversation I learned why the company has so many positive reviews. These people are ridiculously polite and positive towards their approach. throughout my call I wasn’t hinted towards purchasing a product but rather was asked about my requirement and the owner aimed on providing correct solution for the same.
