Stand Alone Bag House Dust Collector

Typically, a bag house dust collection system will have one or many hoods that collect dust from various sources. Ducting connects all of the hoods and transports the dust-laden gas or air to a centralised bagfilter, where the dusted air is forced to pass through a vast array of filter bags. Only clean air exits the bags after the dust has been collected over the bags. Blower generates the necessary suction pressure at the hood (capturing), across the dustcollectors (Filtration), and in the ducts (Transportation), as well as a positive pressure in the chimney to exhaust the cleaned air at a permissible altitude. In many different industries, including cement plants, fertiliser industries, woodworking and glass manufacturing industries, and other Manufacturing Industries, harmful, nuisance dusts are collected and filtered using a large, centralised industrial dust control device called a bagfilter or baghouse dust collector.
