HEPA filter - Cassette filter
Hepa filters are made to be 99.99% efficient while providing very fine filtration down to 0.3 microns. By using spun bonded polyester media, which is simple to clean and maintain, we have added a new feature to conventional Hepa filters. For better dust release, these filters can be purchased with a variety of coatings, including PTFE coating, PTFE lamination, and more. Media that has been treated to be hydrophobic and oleophobic does not permit the passage of any moisture or oil-containing contents.

Pre filter / Primary filter - Cassette filter
For coarse filtration, 10 to 50 micron-sized particles are removed using primary or PRE filters. To prevent further loading on secondary filters and lengthen the life of secondary filters, primary filters retain coarse particles. The nature of primary filters allows for good shelf life and easy cleaning.

Cartridge filter - Cylindrical pleated filter
To create a pleated dust collection cartridge, spun-bonded polyester filter media is compressed into a cylindrical shape, supported by a metal core, and covered with metal end caps. The end caps can be mounted on either the clean side or the dirt side. When using metal caps, these cartridges are supported by soft sponge rubber sealing to guarantee a tight fit and effective filter sealing.
